To award sub-grants to third parties under the Action “Participate: Empowered CSOs and ethnic minority youth for active participation in decision making in Yen Bai, Vietnam”funded European Union and co-funded by Save the Children Italia Onlus, the Project Management Board launched two rounds of Call for proposals toward local civil society organizations (CSOs) for two lots on July 31, 2020 and October 27, 2020. According to the full evaluation process approved by Save the Children Italia Onlus, the Project Management Board would announce three selected sub-grantees to implement two lots as follows:

5.Objectives/Expected Outcomes. | At least 80 youth (about 70% are ethnic minority and 50% are female) are selected to develop six start-up and social initiatives in project communes.
