SUMMARY CONFERENCE TO EVALUATE AND LEARN EXPERIENCE FROM PROJECT IMPLEMETATION

Center for Sustainable Development of Mountainous Communities (SUDECOM) organised a closing workshop within the framework of the project: “Support to construct a rural road to improve living quality of ethnic minority people in Hung Khanh commune, Tran Yen district, Yen Bai province”
In the November 2018, Center for Sustainable Development of Mountainous Communities (SUDECOM) organised a closing workshop to sumarize, evaluate, and learn experience from project implementation.

Project Management Board at all levels have reviewed, assessed and confirmed the success of the project through visual approach, specific guidelines and enthusiastic contributing participation of all people in the village.

At the closing workshop of the project, the Secretary of the Party Committee -
Chairman of the People's Council of Hung Khanh commune gave a speech
on the effectiveness of the project, and assigned the village
to manage and use the road sustainably.

Come to an end the project, the project management board with beneficiaries have built 400 meters of concrete road for Duc Thinh village that ensure proper technical specifications and requirements of donors.

The project management board set up a road sign writing name
of the donor down, and handover the road to the project management
board at commune and the village.

Project Management Board at commune and Party committee‘s members at local promised to propagandize, and remind people to maintain and use effectively the concrete road funded by the project.

The villagers are very excited when the new road is put into use.

At the workshop, the project management board signed the minutes of handing over the works to the commune  authoritiy and village for efficient use.
