At the conference, there were 30/30 (100%) participants fully participating in the component. Participants were able to acquire the basic contents of the project objectives, discussed and agreed on the operation plan, guided the establishment of the project management board and defined the functions and tasks of the project management board.

2. Training on methods of construction planning, construction supervision, maintenance and use of rural roads
- SUDECOM has trained 20 delegates including staff of communal project management board, core staff of Lang Tai village and households’ representatives.

- As a result, 80% of trainees have had a good understanding of planning for road construction and supervision of village road construction.
3. Support the construction of road in Lang Tai village
The project has provided quality assurance materials. As a result, 400 meteres of concrete pouring road has been completed to meet technical requirements. During road construction, a close supervision is conducted for timely adjusting the additional work.


4. Wrap-up Workshop on evaluating and learning experiences from the project implementation:
All 30 (100%) participants attend the workshop with their evaluation and opinions on the results achieved by the village road construction project. The commune project management board affirms that with a visual approach and detailed instruction to the local people to monitor, check and accept the construction materials; to supervise the construction for a good quality of work.

- By observing the project conducted in Lang Tai village, other villages in Dong Quan commune, also, have changes in their awareness and they wish to be supported and to contribute to the road consstruction like the project in Lang Tai village;
